He did great for his first year of swim lessons. He learned so much, most importantly to not be afraid of the water but to be safe. Definitely will take lessons again next year. Mrs. Melton is AWESOME!

Swim Lessons
Peyton started his FIRST swim lessons with Nancy Melton today. On the way way there, he said he would NOT be putting his head under water. I told him he would if she asked him to and that she would teach him how. (For some reason he thinks the only way to go under water is with goggles.)
When I picked him up, we was so excited because he put his "head under water without holding my nose!!!!" He's looking forward to tomorrow!

Juneteenth BBQ Cookoff
Jason and friends, AKA "The Serial Grillers" competed in the Juneteenth BBQ Cook off today. They won 2nd Place in Ribs and also Grand Champion overall. It was such a hot day so we decided to just head out there for the auction and results. We had a good time during the short time we were there.
